The Clinical Manager is responsible for all day-to-day activities that contribute to the operational, clinical and business functions of South Shore Skin Center’s two dermatology practices in Plymouth and Norwell. This individual will be responsible for the management of the clinical support team (Nurses, Medical Assistants and Surgical Technicians) working collaboratively with providers and other SSSC employees as well as responsible for the oversite and compliance of laboratories in both locations. The ideal candidate is a demonstrated Nurse leader with exceptional organizational skills, clinical knowledge and management expertise. Minimum of ten years clinical nurse management experience required along with RN and bachelor’s degree. Must have strong computer skills (eClinicalworks experience preferred). South Shore Skin Center, Plymouth location, is recruiting for a full time, experienced Medical Practice Call Center Representative who can manage a high volume of telephone calls and computer scheduling for multiple providers. This is a fast-paced production oriented position requiring exceptional customer service skills, accuracy and the ability to work steadily and efficiently to accomplish tasks. This position also requires excellent typing skills and the ability to learn eClinical Works software and other various software applications used for insurance verification. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced medical office call center.
Hours – Monday through Friday, 40 hours.

South Shore Skin Center is recruiting for a full time Medical Assistant. Mohs micrographic surgery and or dermatology experience preferred. Job duties require the applicant to be able to stand for long periods of time, be comfortable in a surgical setting, understand and comply to HIPAA and OSHA regulations, and assist physicians and managerial staff as requested with job related activities.

Qualifications: Ability to communicate with sensitivity and compassion to patients both in person and on the telephone. Outstanding organizational skills and strict attention to details. Willing to learn new procedures and treatment techniques. Excellent team player, demonstrating initiative and willingness to be flexible in terms of tasks performed and to provide coverage where and when needed. Ability to use practice management software to manage daily patient flow, obtain patient lab results and for any other reason needed to complete the job tasks of a medical assistant, basic medical assisting and assist at surgery.
Minimum Requirements: Completion of Medical Assistant course including externship. Medical Assistant Certification required.
Hours:32 to 36 hours a week to be worked over 4 flexible days.
Location: Plymouth and Norwell. Flexibility with travel to both offices required.
