Richard F. Eisen, MD is a board-certified Dermatologist specializing in general, surgical, cosmetic dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Mohs Surgery and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is the medical director of the Children’s Melanoma Prevention Foundation. After receiving his doctoral degree from Jefferson Medical College, he completed an Internal Medicine residency at Downstate Medical Center in New York, dermatology residency at Boston University/Tufts University, and Fellowship in Cutaneous Surgery and Oncology at Tufts New England Medical Center. In addition to published medical articles on various topics and participation in several clinical research studies, Dr. Eisen has been invited to speak at national and regional medical meetings on topics including, skin cancer, melanoma, photodynamic therapy, lasers in dermatology, surgical techniques, and anti-aging treatments using injectable fillers and Botox. He is currently on staff at South Shore Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth.

Ramzi W. Saad, MD is a board-certified Dermatologist who joined South Shore Skin Center in 1995. Before joining the practice, Dr. Saad had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, holding positions as Chief of the Department of Dermatology at Keller Army Hospital, West Point, as well as Assistant Chief of the Dermatology Department at William Beaumont AMC. Dr. Saad has published numerous dermatology papers and has held teaching positions throughout the U.S. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, and a lifetime member of the Skin Cancer Foundation’s Rex Amonette Circle. He received his doctoral degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY and completed his dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC. He is on staff at South Shore Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth.

Navid Bouzari, MD is a board-certified Dermatologist and a Boston-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon. Dr. Bouzari completed his dermatology residency at University of Miami, Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. He completed his clinical fellowship in Mohs Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at Lahey Clinic/Harvard University Department of Dermatology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgeons, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He is a member of the Women’s Dermatologic Society, the Massachusetts Medical Society and the Melanoma Skin Cancer Committee of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Bouzari is an internationally published author on dermatological issues and diseases. He is on staff at South Shore Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth.

Katherine J. Ayers, MD is a board-certified Dermatologist. Dr. Ayers treats both medical and cosmetic patients at South Shore Skin Center. Her cosmetics practice includes Botox, fillers and laser treatments. In addition to caring for patients at South Shore Skin Center, Dr. Ayers is an Associate Staff member of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth and an Affiliate Staff member for South Shore Hospital. She has published in dermatology literature and has been involved in and led skin cancer screenings. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American Medical Women’s Association and the American Medical Association.

Lara K. Butler, MD is a Harvard trained, board-certified Dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon. She also specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and American Society of Dermatological Surgery. Following her Dermatology residency, she completed a fellowship in cutaneous oncology, Mohs micrographic, and reconstructive surgery with the Harvard Medical School Department of Dermatology at the Lahey Medical Center. She has been a researcher at the Johns Hopkins and Mount Sinai Hospitals and has published numerous articles and chapters on skin cancer, scar revision and cosmetic surgery in leading medical journals. She has taught at the Harvard Medical School Department of Dermatology, and is a lecturer on complex reconstruction techniques after Mohs surgery.

Ricardo Pollitt, MD, PhD is a board-certified Dermatologist. Dr. Pollitt is an honors graduate of both the University of North Carolina and Amherst College. He earned an M.D. from Stanford University School of Medicine, and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). He has been widely published, is fluent in three languages, and served in AmeriCorps NCCC. Dr. Pollitt is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is on staff at South Shore Hospital.

Tivon I. Sidorsky, MD, MBA is a board-certified Dermatologist whose practice includes medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. After graduating with honors from Wesleyan University, Dr. Sidorsky received his medical training at Dartmouth Medical School, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society, and was named a Syversten Scholar for his academic excellence, humanitarianism and community service. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of California-San Francisco. Dr. Sidorsky has published research in clinical dermatology, innovative clinic modeling and infectious disease in leading dermatology/internal medicine journals and dermatology textbooks. Dr. Sidorsky is an active member of AOA, the American Academy of Dermatology,  the Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology, and the New England Dermatological Society. He is on staff at South Shore Hospital.

Jessica L. Bahros, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She has strong surgical skills and a primary focus on medical Dermatology. Jessica received her Master’s of Health Sciences from Antioch New England Graduate School, and has trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, MD. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants. Jessica is also a Diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. This prestigious title was earned after the completion of a 70-hour dermatology course through the University of Texas Southwestern. Stacey J. Burns, PA-C is an expert in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and has more than fifteen years experience in dermatology as a board-certified Physician Assistant. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Stacey worked as a Medical Assistant in a dermatology practice in Wellesley, MA. She also trained at the
Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL as a hospital corpsman in the Dermatology Clinic there. Stacey received her Masters in Health Sciences degree from Boston’s Northeastern University. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Nicole I. Giardino, APRN, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in medical and cosmetic dermatology. After several years at South Shore Skin Center as a Registered Nurse, Nicole earned her degree as a Nurse Practitioner. She holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (both from the Regis College School of Nursing), a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from the Lawrence Memorial / Regis College Nursing Program. Nicole is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Dermatology Nurses Association and the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. Her prior experience includes work in nursing, sales, health systems management and healthcare consulting.

Elizabeth J. McLeish, PA-C has been a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology for over thirteen years. She has developed an expertise in general dermatology through caring for patients in Providence, RI, eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. Elizabeth holds a Masters in Health Sciences from Northeastern University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Elizabeth is also a Diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Vanessa (Pollard) Rando, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in dermatology. Prior to entering into dermatology, Vanessa was an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant at a busy general medical practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University and a Master of Medical Science from Yale University School of Medicine. Rosemary N. Reardon, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in medical dermatology. Prior to joining South Shore Skin Center, Rosemary practiced in Norfolk, VA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Miami University in Oxford, OH and completed her Physician Assistant studies at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

JEFFREY SOARES, PA-C is a nationally board-certified and state-licensed Physician Assistant specializing in general dermatology. He has cared for patients in the Plymouth and Cape Cod communities since 2009. Jeff graduated from the Physician Assistant Studies Master of Science program at Northeastern University after earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His main interests are in medical dermatology and patient education, with a focus on early skin cancer detection and treatment. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the National Psoriasis Foundation.
